I am sorry I did not make it to your previous meetings.. sobrang tagal ang activation ng account ko dito.

Anyway, let me inform you that I am in the process of preparing all the necessary documents and requirements we need to kick off this project. Chard and I have already talked about this already. I suggested to him {chard} that it is imperative for us to REGISTER our group with the appropriate GOV’T AGENCY i.e DTI and SEC. This will enable us to acquire the juridical personality we need when we decide to venture into business sometime in the future or solicit possible sponsors in our site. I assured chard that I am shouldering initial and other miscellaneous expenses attached to said REGISTRATION.

There are still a lot of works to do and every now and I will be consulting on every issue that needs your approval and concurrence. First in my list of issues is the name of our group although I have something already in my mind, I will still require you to submit your suggestion.

My suggestions are;

1. LEAGUE OF HORSERACING ENTHUSIASTS
2. FEDERATION OF HORSERACING ENTHUSIASTS
3. ASSOCIATION OF HORSERACING ENTHUSIASTS
4. KAPATIRAN NG NAGKAISANG BAYANG KARERISTA

I still need you to put in your suggestion…. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat.
